Women engineer equal futures

Students in Youngstown State University’s Society of Women Engineers were hopeful about starting their careers in engineering when I interviewed them for this article. According to SWE, the engineering industry is becoming more receptive to diversity and inclusion. However, a lot of improvements are still essential to help women pursue and stay in STEM industries.
